India In Cannes 2021

The Cannes Film festival always creates history in itself. The festival of reunion with cinema at the international level is full of sweet encounters, discoveries, experiences and sharing.

The 12 day fest is also known for its red carpet which is why entire fashion world keeps a keen eye on it. This year Bollywood celebrities missed the International Cannes due to pandemic but Amy Jackson, Diipa Khosla, Masoom Minawala Mehta and Nidhi Sunil were still the centre of attraction.

Indian Fashion Bloggers Masoom Minawala appeared for the second time in Cannes Festival after 2019 this year. Her Outfit represented Indian fashion on the International Pedestrian level. The pulchritudinous outfit was designed by Label; Manish Malhotra, which has a long pallu paired with a matching blouse. Masoom celebrated her passion; for fashion by being Indian and celebrating Indian. 

Diipa Khosla

Diipa Khosla has also turned her face this time in Cannes 2021 with a beautiful black and yellow gown along with a breast pump. Diipa represented a prodigious message for our society in general, where she expressed how mothers are usually subject to unwarranted scrutiny. Mothers learn and experience every day the in and out of it. 

Amy Jackson

Amy Jackson made her debut in 2016 and since then she is a regular at the Cannes Festival this year wearing a red outfit designed by Atelier Zuhra and Kirsty Stewart. Amy’s latest Bollywood hit was Robot 2.0. Her outfit was the floor-sweeping is embroidered with baguette glass.

Nidhi Sunil

Nidhi Sunil made her debut with a gala look at the Cannes festival. She beautifully presented herself in an ivory dress designed by Rahul Mishra. She matched up with sapphire earrings to give a complete look. She made her dress stand out by wearing minimal jewellery along with it.

Last year due to covid -19 Cannes was cancelled but here it is back again with some unforgettable moments of fashion, and here to hoping for a better tomorrow
